What types of payment methods can I use?

We currently accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: We accept Visa, American Express, Mastercard, and Discover.

What if my payment is not successful?

There may be various reasons why your payment for an order was not successful. Please contact our Customer Service team to inquire about “Payment not successful” and provide detailed information and/or screenshots of the issue if possible.

ORDERING

Where can I find my order confirmation number?

An order confirmation number is generated only for online orders after you have successfully placed an order. You will receive an email containing detailed information about your order.

Why does my order status show “Awaiting Payment”?

Typically, the “Awaiting Payment” status occurs when a payment is not successful. However, if your payment did not go through, you should have received an email from us with instructions on how to attempt payment again.

Unable to retry payment or not receiving the failed payment email?

Please do not recreate your order to avoid duplication. Contact our Customer Service team when reaching out to us with the subject “Payment pending processing,” and we will provide you with a link for another payment attempt!

Already paid but order status hasn’t updated after 24 hours?

Our Customer Service team can help verify your payment and resend the order confirmation email. Please contact us at [email protected] with the subject “Order placement” as your concern.

Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?

  • We can assist you in canceling an order within 24 hours of placing it. Note that requests to cancel orders are not available after 24 hours.
  • If you want to change the shipping address or size/color, please contact us within 2 days from the order date. We are not responsible for changes made after the deadline.

SHIPPING

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us with a tracking number and a link to track your order. If you’ve just received a shipment notification, please allow 1 to 3 business days for the tracking information to update.

What does it mean when my order status shows “Preparing for shipment” or “In transit”?

Hold tight! Your order has been packed and has left our warehouse! At this stage, you will receive an email update from us with a Tracking Number for your package. Please allow us approximately 24 hours to process your tracking activity.

What are your shipping options, and how long is the shipping time?

Delivery Timeframe: Within 30 days

Note:

Delivery may take longer during promotional periods, holidays, and unforeseen events such as severe weather. Deliveries are only made on weekdays (excluding holidays).

Do you process orders on holidays?

While we wish for you to receive your orders as soon as possible, our warehouse and delivery partners are closed on holidays. We appreciate your understanding in processing orders or shipments on the next business day.

Why is there a delay in the delivery?

Due to a high volume of orders and precautionary measures implemented by us and our delivery partners, please expect delays in the delivery of your orders. We will proactively notify you of any delays.
